Getting around
Los Cabos International Airport, SJD, is the nearest major airport, about 29 to 30 miles from Cabo San Lucas, with driving time varying by time of day. Parking includes three assigned spaces, free onsite parking and free street parking
Other things to note
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. - A government-issued ID is required at check-in and may be requested again during the stay for identity verification. - Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property—no unregistered visitors. - Pets are strictly prohibited inside the unit, in all common areas, and in the pool, jacuzzi, and grill areas. - Trash must be taken out daily and disposed of in the designated bins located in the hallway. Use tightly sealed bags and do not leave garbage in corridors, walkways, or stairs. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. - Recreational drug use is not allowed anywhere on the property. - Smoking is not allowed in the pool, jacuzzi, or grill areas. - Violation of smoking or drug policies will result in a $300 USD penalty. - Excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed, especially after 10:00 PM. - Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. - Walking through common areas under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted. - Fighting, aggressive behavior, insults, and offensive language are not tolerated in any area. - Use of external speakers is not allowed in pool or jacuzzi areas; headphones are recommended.
